Did you get my order?
When you’ve successfully placed an order, you’ll get a confirmation email to the address you gave on the checkout page. After a successful payment, the payment service sends a separate payment confirmation. Please also check your spam and junk folders, as the confirmation email could land there. Can I use a Post Office Box as my mailing address?
Postal packages are the only ones that can be sent to P.O. boxes (Standard Post & Global Mail). DHL and GLS don’t accept P.O. Boxes, Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses, or PaketPoints. Forwarding services can’t be used as delivery addresses for any shipping method.
Do I have to sign up to be a customer before I can place an order?
You don’t need to sign up to place an order. But registered customers can see their order history and check the status of their orders by logging in. When you’re logged in to your customer account, placing an order is also faster because you can save your shipping address information. Here is where you can sign up for a customer account.
I misspelt my name and address by accident when I was ordering. Can I change my details?
The shipping address can only be changed if the order still needs to be sent. We try to process orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them, so if you need to change the address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at nightwishshop.com with your order number. Please note that if the order is sent to the wrong address, the delivery could be completed on time.
Can I put more items on my order?
After the order has been placed successfully, there is no way to add more items. So, please ensure everything in your shopping cart is okay before going to Checkout.
Can you send my order in more than one package?
Unfortunately, you can’t split one order into several shipments. Instead, orders are sent with all products included.
How can I find out what's happening with my order?
We’ll send you updates by email, and as soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll get an automatic shipping confirmation. You can see how things are going by clicking on the “View your order” link in your email or going to your customer account. The tracking number will also be shown on the order status page when the shipment has been packed.

Credit card payments and PayPal can be used for international orders.
How much is € (Euro)? How do I see the price in different currencies?
The European Union uses the Euro as its currency. You can use six different currencies to look at products: EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, GBP, and JPY. Because Euro is our default currency, all prices will be shown in Euros when you check out. When you go to pay for your order, PayPal and Credit Cards will automatically change the currency for you.
When will I have to pay for my order?
When you return to the store from the Payment Gateway, all orders paid for with a credit card or PayPal are charged.
What about taxes and duties for countries that aren't in the European Union?
We sell all of our items outside of the European Union tax-free, which means that import taxes and duties may apply in the country of destination. Therefore, estimated delivery times and shipping costs don’t include any possible delays or extra fees caused by customs declaration. Please get in touch with your local customs office or the Carrier for more information.

How soon will my order be shipped?
The order is processed the following business day after the order is received. Orders that only include items in stock will be sent out within seven business days after the order is received. Each product sheet says whether the thing is in stock or can be ordered ahead of time. When an item is on pre-order, the date it might come out or be restocked is listed. If you order something that has to be made ahead of time, the whole order will be sent when all the items have arrived.

How much will it cost to ship?
The shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the size and weight of the order and the country where it will be sent. Please add the product you want to your shopping cart, click “Checkout,” and then choose your country. After that, the shipping costs for that order will be automatically shown. Can I keep track of my package?
When we ship an order, we send an email confirmation with tracking information to the email address given when the order was placed. You can also log in to your customer account or use the link on the order confirmation email to go to the status page. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
How do I return or exchange something I bought?
We have a 14-day return and exchange policy, starting when you get the package. Clothes need to be clean, unworn, and free of stains, hair, and pet hair. Customers must pay to ship the item back to us, but we’ll send the new item for free. Find out more about Exchanges and Returns.
Are there limits to the ways people can trade?
The item you want in exchange must be the same price or less than the item you are returning. Also, include the size you want and your order number on the return form, if applicable.
What should I do if I receive a broken or wrong item?
We try hard to get suitable goods to you in perfect shape. But if you need the right product or one that needs to be fixed, please email us at [email protected], and we’ll let you know what to do.

How do I pick the fitting size shirt or other items?
The item information includes the brand name, the manufacturer, and a size chart. Remember that sizes can vary from brand to item, so check the measurements given for the item. If the product page you are interested in needs more information, you can get help from our customer service at [email protected].
Will the shirt I just bought shrink the first time I washed it?
Almost all fabrics (like t-shirts, tank tops, girlies, hoodies, etc.) have already been shrunk, so washing them will stay the same size and shape. Also, we recommend cleaning the clothes inside out at 40 degrees Celsius in the washing machine. So, the print(s) on the item will stay in great shape for a long time.
The product I want is sold out. When will it be back in stock?
If the product you want is out of stock and you don’t know when it will be back in stock, you can ask to be notified by email by clicking “Notify me when available” on the product page. Or, you can email us at [email protected], and we’ll check the situation for you.
How do you know if my shirt is clean and in good condition? How good is the quality?
We check every product’s quality in our warehouse to ensure it meets our standards. We will only send you something intact or dirty. In addition, we work with reputable companies to print, embroider, and mark our fan products.
OTHER
How can I use my discount code or gift certificate?
If you want to use a gift certificate or discount code, you can activate the code at Checkout before you pay. You can’t use a discount code to order something after the fact, so check that the discount has been applied correctly before you pay. Please note that each order can only have one code or campaign active.
I am still waiting to get my package. How should I act?
First, find out where your package is. Information on tracking an order can be found in the shipping confirmation email and on the order’s status page. If a shipment is waiting for you at a collection point, please pick it up within the time allowed. If it says that more information is needed, you can call the Carrier with the shipment number and give them the information they need to finish the delivery.
My package was sent back because it couldn't be delivered or the address needed to be corrected or completed. What comes next?
Shipments returned to us because they could not be delivered, were not claimed or were refused by the addressee are not authorized returns and are not eligible for a full refund. In that case, the shipping costs will not be covered. Also, orders that have been returned can’t be sent out again directly, so you can place a new order and give the correct information.
Can a band member sign my product?
We’re sorry, but none of the artists or bands in our collection can sign their items. However, we sometimes get signed items from rounds for raffles, contests, or to sell in advance.
Is it safe to buy things from your online shop?
